Price Match Guarantee & Discounts

We want you to feel confident that you get the best deal online.

If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within two weeks of your purchase date, please let us know, and we will refund your original payment for the difference (see limitations hereunder).

To request your partial refund, simply email us the link to the same product on our website or our competitor's website within two weeks from the date of your order, and we will process the credit accordingly.

Our Best Price Guarantee has some limitations:

• Promotions such as rebates, sales, and buy-one / get-one-free offers are not eligible (i.e., Holiday Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Flash Sales etc..)  
• The item must be the same (fabric, accessories, colors) and in stock on the competitor's website.
• The competitor must be an online store; (brick & mortar stores have different deals and offers than online stores and therefore offers can't be compared. 
• The website can't be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, Overstock, Amazon, Wayfair, or similar).
• The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product (we see a lot of fake sites and unauthorized dealers out there).
• The Best Price Guarantee considers the total price of the item, including item price, accessories, shipping charges, sales tax, and duties.

Discounts

We offer you the best price on the market; however, we can sometimes offer additional flash discounts on some collections, brands, or items. However, some brands already offer us very competitive pricing and are excluded from those additional flash sales. Items on sale and accessories are excluded from discounts due to low margins.
