Vivid is a soft and durable 100% polyester that exceeds ACT Performance standards for upholstery. Sustainability standard Greengard Gold and BIFMA compliant. It is an excellent choice of fabric for a long-lasting chair.
Sierra from Greenhide is a top grain semi-aniline leather with consistent grain structure and coloration throughout the entire hide. Superior selection of Australian cattle hides is hand-selected. Quick ship chairs are sent within 10 days in Vivid and 15 business days in Leather. Once tracking information is available, it is shared with you via email.
Customized orders take up to 16 weeks to be produced
9to5 Seating accepts NO RETURNS as chairs are made to order. Order cannot be amended or changed 24 hours after the order has been placed. Each amended or canceled order will incur a charge of USD 50 per order. Once production has started, orders cannot be changed.
General warranty terms and conditions
9to5 Seating offers a limited lifetime warranty on its chair mechanism, 5 years on fabrics, and a gas lift for regular usage. The warranty covers any necessary spare parts. Labor and transport costs are not covered. Wear and tear must be expected from normal use and are not covered by the warranty. Unless otherwise specified, the maximum weight for users is 300 lb.
The warranty is offered on the condition that the chair is used in normal conditions and for the purpose intended, and fabrics/leather are undergoing normal cleaning according to the specification of the fabric supplier. The guarantee does not cover the consequence of wear and stains when choosing a light (white) color for plastic or metal components.
