Tax, Shipping & Returns
Some products are sales tax exempt depending on where you are buying from. However any customer buying without paying sales tax has obligation to pay use tax to local authorities. Tax rates will be calculated at check-out where applicable.
We offer free shipping on all our orders to all lower 48 US states. Unless otherwise indicated in the items' Shipping & Return tab, shipping is processed within 1 to 5 business days depending on the supplier (see table hereafter).
We all want our purchase right away and if Scotty could beam it over, even better! However some items are made to order and require longer lead times. Check the Shipping & Returns tab of the items you are interested in for details.
We will send you the tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within four business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com
NOTE: The delivery service does not include set up nor assembly of items, nor removal of packaging materials unless otherwise specified.
We are confident you will love your purchase as we try to provide you all the information and images possible to make sure you make the right decision for yourself. Depending on the supplier, returns are accepted or not (see table hereafter for overview). Supplier conditions are further detailed in every product's "Shipping & Return tab"
Customized, made to measure or made to order items can't be returned and you have a 24 hours withdrawal right.
Where returns are accepted, the Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The product has to be in "As new" condition, and have to be returned in its original packaging as it was sent.
To initiate a return, just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information:
* Order #
* Which items you would like to return
* Reason for your return
We'll respond to your email within 24 hours, and we will get back to you with the relevant return instructions.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will deal with the situation with the delivery company and the supplier on your behalf.
Any defect on an item have to be escalated to us within 2 business days of the delivery and we will manage the situation with the supplier on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders cancelled within 24 hours can be refunded with no fee. After that, if you order has shipped, and returns are accepted, you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. On special order, we will try our best to arrange cancellation but with no guarantee as it is not depending on us, but the supplier.
